Our Caregivers and Staff

When one considers entrusting a loved one to the help of others it is important to know about the integrity and commitment of the caregivers.

Our Administrator and Director of Nursing are licensed as Registered Nurses. Administrators are licensed by the State of Maine. Certified Nurse’s Aides at the Lincoln Home are registered with the State Of Maine CNA registry. All staff participates in on-going education programs including the Best Friends Approach to caregiving.

Screening and background checks are completed on hire of all employees.
