In 1924 the Founding Mothers opened the doors of the Lincoln Home on the shores of the Damariscotta River as a Non Profit organization committed to providing a beautiful place for people to live and a promise of excellence in senior care.

In May of 2002, a new wing was dedicated making the historic Lincoln Home among the most modern, yet graceful of Maine’s assisted living residences.
