Independent Living at the Lincoln Home

The Lincoln Home offers four distinctive Independent Living Apartments in the original Bryant colonial home that was built in the late 1800’s. This historic home is where The Lincoln Home Assisted Living began in 1927 and continued through 1998. In the spring of 2000 the colonial home was completely renovated to four beautiful Independent Apartments. Each apartment offers full kitchens, washers and dryers as well as all modern amenities. Each of the apartments has stunning views of Damariscotta River or the manicured gardens.

Independent Apartment residents may join in all the Community Life Activities and outings offered at the Lincoln Home Assisted Living at no charge. A meal plan tailored to your individual wishes may be purchased and served to you in the spectacular dining room overlooking the shores of the river. Independent Living at the Lincoln Home is truly carefree. Utilities, heat, plowing and maintenance are included in a monthly rent. There are no additional monthly fees. There is convenient private parking. One can stroll into town; shops and churches are a simple walk.
