95 Year Old Sings White Cliffs of Dover

Young at Heart, a singing group of Elders modeled after the North Hampton, MA group, performed on June 4th and 5th at our local theater. Annette Hollister, a Lincoln Home resident, is the perfect example of how singing soothes the soul, especially at 95 years old when other memories are lost. Annette, seen here, brought tears to an entire audience with her heart felt rendition of The White Cliffs of Dover.

The dancer is Shirley Dyer also a resident of the LH.

Looking at these 85 to 95 year olds with the joy of singing in their heart certainly tells all that one is never too old to find joy in music and song.
